PRINCIPAL’S COMMUNICATION TO MIUC TEACHING & non-TEACHING STAFF – 2nd July 2020
Dear MIUC Staff members,
Warm greetings.
I know that for so time we have not met, except for those who managed to come physically for the Online Training at the beginning of June 2020. I hope you are good and that God is your Rock of salvation and your shield. We thank God for keeping us alive and kicking! To him be glory forever and ever!
Dear colleagues, my communication to you is meant to let you know that, amidst Covid-19 and all odds, I and MIUC are behind you and not before you yet. Behind in the sense of our understanding of the realities we all are in and, I wonder how you are making it, not yet before you because of the financial constraints we are faced with and MIUC cannot fulfill now its obligations towards monthly salaries. These are real difficulties of the day and we hope tomorrow shall be better. I wish to say here “Thank You” for working hard towards that future in your little but significant way. I feel humbled and energized that you have taken a collective responsibility for the good of our students, their parents and our Institution. “Hard times, Hard solutions,” that is what I saw. A great sense of belonging and ownership indeed. This is highly appreciated from our end.
To conclude, let me reiterate that I remain steadfast in supporting you and our dear students and our other stakeholders. I can ensure you that, with God on our side and your timeless contribution, we shall overcome the challenges and raise up to our expectations and high ideals as an Institution of Higher learning in Kenya. Please, feel free me to contact me.
Yours sincerely,
Br. Dr. Albert NZABONALIBA (fms)
