1. Rediscovering my personal vocation and answering the “call to become a Formator”
2. Vocation discernment: detecting signs of growth or of non-growth
3. Healing emotions (anger, anxiety & fear) and developing one’s Emotional intelligence (EI or EQ)
4. Enneagram for Formators for self-discovery and growth
5. Resolving grief & losses, shame, guilt, frozen feelings, and trauma (PSTD)
6. Evaluation Reports writing
7. Intergenerational, International and Intercultural living
8. Journeying with formees on a daily basis
9. Assessing & Evaluating formees (“process” approach vs. “product” approach)
10. Spiritual accompaniment & Basic Psychological Counselling skills
11. Conflict management or resolution with NVC when crises arise
12. Ministerial boundaries, power differential and Self care of the Formator

COSTING

Cost for fourteen days full accommodation in self-contained rooms:

1. Full accommodation (breakfast, lunch, supper, tea breaks): 2,200/ person / day x 14 days = 30,800/
2. Tuition fees: 5,000/ person (paid once)
