To be successful in life is all what every person strives for, however there are many different views which have been outlined by experts in different areas. One of the view is that I concur with is that to be successful in life means that you are happy with whom you are, you are happy with what you are doing and you have achieved a place where you  simply wouldn’t trade off yourself for anyone else. This view gives me insight to view each of my students as special individuals who are unique and each can’t be replaced by the other.

In my lecturing career in the area of Development Studies, Governance and  management  for over nine years. I have demonstrated the ability to influence students to understand what good development principles are and how they are built in real development management practice. In other words I do not tell the learners what to think; instead I teach them how to think within situations,development cases and social cases. Through this they are able to understand various dimensions of development and examine which development actions and social intervention strategies will yield the needed results and improve quality of life of people in society.
